Welcome to the Kollektive.

Retreats in beautiful corners of the world, from first idea to final dinner.

We find the places, plot the days, wrangle the details, and leave a little room for whatever happens in between.

Let’s go somewhere.

The plan, more or less.

It usually starts with a place. A house at the end of a dusty road, a riad hidden behind an unmarked door, a villa somewhere above the sea. Or sometimes, simply, I want to take twelve people somewhere wonderful.

From there, we begin to fill in the blanks. Where everyone will sleep. What happens in the mornings. The restaurant worth leaving the house for. An afternoon on the water, perhaps. A table somewhere outside. Something unexpected. And, importantly, enough empty space to wander off, take a nap, order another bottle, or change the plan entirely.

Meanwhile, we keep an eye on everything happening quietly in the background: rooms and reservations, transfers and payments, local partners, dietary notes, arrival times, the flight that changed gates and the guest who has somehow landed a day early.

By the time everyone arrives, the plan is there. It just doesn’t have to feel like one.

One place leads to another.

Kefi began in Marrakech, somewhere among the olive groves, tiled courtyards, crowded souks and more than sixty retreats.

Lately, we’ve been looking farther afield. Portugal. Cyprus. Greece. Spain. Italy. Places we know, places we’re getting to know, and places we haven’t thought of yet.

There’s always somewhere else worth going.

A few words from people who came along.

Testimonials from those who have trusted us, traveled with us, and seen where the road leads.

Where are we going?

Maybe you already know. Maybe you have twelve people ready to book and absolutely no idea where to put them.

Maybe the whole thing currently exists as a voice note, a saved photograph and a very ambitious idea.

That’s enough to start. Tell us what you’ve been dreaming up.
