The details make the trip.

From finding the right place to the final airport transfer, Kefi takes care of the pieces that turn an idea into a retreat.

Somewhere to go. Something wonderful to do when you get there. And someone quietly keeping an eye on everything in between.

It starts with somewhere worth going.

Destination research, property sourcing and the practical details that determine whether a beautiful place actually works for your retreat.

First, somewhere to go.

Sometimes you already have a destination scribbled in the margins. Sometimes all you know is warm, near the sea, twelve bedrooms, please.

I research destinations and scout properties with both sides of the retreat in mind: how a place feels and how it actually works.

That means looking beyond the beautiful photographs at room configurations, gathering spaces, meal options, accessibility, transportation, nearby experiences, privacy, budgets and all the little practicalities that become considerably less little once twelve people arrive.

The aim is simple: somewhere you’re excited to wake up.

Then, what shall we do when we get there?

A retreat needs a rhythm.

We build itineraries around the reason you’re gathering, then look outward: the restaurant worth crossing town for, the morning that should remain completely empty, the local maker who opens their studio, the boat waiting down at the harbor.

The goal is never to cram as much as possible into six days. It’s to make those six days feel good.

Some things are planned months in advance.

Some things are better left to the weather.

Your guests have questions, of course.

Of course they do.

Once the invitations go out, there are deposits, payment schedules, room requests, dietary restrictions, arrival details, airport transfers, forms, confirmations, reminders and the occasional email asking a question you are almost certain you answered yesterday.

We can become the point of contact for your guests before the retreat, keeping everyone informed, organized and headed in roughly the same direction.

You get to remain their retreat leader. We get the spreadsheet.

And then, everyone arrives.

This is the good part.

Depending on the retreat, I can be there on the ground to coordinate arrivals, work with the property and local partners, keep an eye on the itinerary, solve the inevitable surprises and make sure the next thing happens when it should.

Ideally, you barely notice any of this.

You’re having dinner.

A little help or the whole thing.

No two retreats arrive at quite the same stage.

You may need someone to find the property and hand you the keys. You may already have the place and need help turning six empty days into an itinerary. Or you may want someone beside you from the first budget to the final airport transfer.

Kefi can step in for one part of the journey or stay for the whole thing.

Tell ud what you already have, what you need, and where you’re hoping to go. We’ll start there.
